When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and the information you share about your project. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, plan and deliver commissioned work, and keep simple business records. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

We share information only when we need to — for example with the photographer or crew working on your project, or with service providers who host this website and handle our email. They may use it only to provide those services.

This website may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how pages are used. These statistics are aggregated and are not used to identify you.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. We then delete or anonymise them.
